Three bridges Bed & Breakfast is a 1950's style house (originally built to accommodate Senior Naval Officers of the British Navy who were posted to the Royal Naval Dock Yard of Rosyth or HMS CALEDONIA / HMS COCHRANE Rosyth). Extensively modernised to a very high standard, this delightful Bed and Breakfast is situated within walking distance of the famous World Heritage Site "Forth Rail Bridge" built in the 19th century, The Forth Road Bridge built in the 20th century and The Queensferry Crossing Bridge built in the 21st century. The gates of HMS CALEDONIA and HMS SCOTIA (Royal Navy and Royal Naval Reserve Base's) are only a 50 meter walk from the B&B. The view to the south overlooks Rosyth Royal Naval Dockyard and the River Forth, which is only a few hundred meters walking distance. This family Guest House is tastefully furnished to a very high standard, providing guests with a homely and relaxed atmosphere, the hosts place a very high priority on cleanliness, hospitality and cuisine.
Three Bridges Bed and Breakfast accommodation comprises three bedrooms of various sizes, two double and one single / small twin, 1 bedroom has en-suite shower room, the others share a family bathroom and are all supplied with fresh towels and toiletries. There is a television lounge/ dining room which hosts free Internet access. The rear garden is entered via the side garden gates, tables and chairs are provided to sit out on the extensive decking to the rear of the house, to enjoy the Scottish fresh air.
As well as being part of the ancient City of Dunfermline and within easy reach of Edinburgh and the Borders to the south, Stirling , Falkirk and Glasgow to the west and Kirkcaldy to the east, Rosyth is classed as being at the gateway to the North of Scotland and gives easy access to all major roads leading to the northern towns and city’s Including Perth, Dundee, Aberdeen and Inverness making it an excellent base for traveling/sightseeing or working in the area.
